​Accounting Assistant V

Assist the CFO in maintaining accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial information according to GAAP, federal and state regulations and corporate agreements. Responsible for the reconciliation, reporting and billing of the Agency’s multiple programs.  Month end reconciliations and allocations. Manages fiscal team.

Community Coordinator

Responsible for facilitating communications and outreach to foster awareness and promote a positive image of CAPNM. Work includes, but is not limited to, overseeing communication and outreach opportunities, working with CAPNM team to create strategic communication/outreach plans and events that foster community awareness of CAPNM, and assisting management in proactively planning and implementing communication/outreach strategies. The position is also responsible for researching grant sources, planning community awareness campaigns, media relations, and managing social media output.

CAPNM offers an alternate work schedule variation from the standard 5 day / 40-hour work schedule.

It may include a 4/9 & 4, a 4/40, or other combination. 

Start and end times can be flexible hours other than the standard 8:00 to 5:00 work day.

CAPNM’s alternate work schedule allows for a better balance of work life and home life;

however, it must also result in a continuation of high-quality service to customers.
